Sheriff: Fire that burned homes, displaced residents in Moab was human-caused

(KUTV) — Grand County Sheriff Steve White says a fire in Moab that burned up nearly a dozen homes and displaced residents was "human-caused," according to a City of Moab tweet Wednesday.

The sheriff is asking for the public's help providing information that could aid in the fire investigation.

Firefighters remained on scene Thursday investigating, but have yet to identify the cause.
