UPDATE: (Nov. 6, 4:55 p.m.) -- The Lt. Governor's Office released an update to the mail-in ballots received saying 763,769 have now been processed, which is a 54.5% turnout.
(KUTV) -- More than 700,000 mail-in ballots have been received in Utah, according to the Lt. Governor's Office.
The exact number is 740,626, which is 52.9 percent of voters.
The office is still counting mail-in ballots.
Even though citizens can't mail in their votes anymore, they can cast their vote in person.
