Sit on the floor, leaning your upper body backwards without tipping over. Hold your hands together in front of you, closer to your body for an easier approach, further away for more difficulty. Keeping your abs engaged, rotate side to side no more than 20-30 degrees. Looking for more difficulty? Raise your feet off the ground slightly to decrease the stability. Repeat 10-20 repetitions, 1-3 Sets
